Refund and Returns Policy
Exclusions – ‘Final Sale’ Items:
Items from the ‘Final Sale’ section are not eligible for Return & Exchange.
Exchange Process:-
Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the product condition and any issue at the time of opening.
Exchange Fee: A ₹70 exchange fee is applicable towards handling, forward shipping, and tax charges.
Important: Kindly ensure that all tags, accessories (such as zippers), and original packaging are included with the return. Missing items may delay or affect the approval of your return, exchange, or refund.
Note: The complete process from return pickup to exchange delivery may take 6–7 working days.

Return Process:-

For wrong or missing items, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

-Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, kindly send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
Return Fee: Please note, a ₹100 reverse shipment fee (RTO & tax charges) will be deducted at the time of refund.
