Items from the ‘Final Sale’ section are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Process
Timeframe

Exchanges are accepted within 72 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory, showing the product condition and issue at the time of opening.
Exchange Fee

A fee of ₹40 per product is applicable towards handling, forward shipping, and taxes.
Process

After placing the exchange request, pickup will be attempted within 24 - 48 hours.

Once the product is picked up or is in transit to our warehouse, the exchange/replacement order will be dispatched.
Important

Ensure all tags, accessories (e.g., zippers), and original packaging are intact.

Missing items may delay or impact approval.

Products that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for further exchange or return.
Pickup Policy (Exchange & Return)

Pickup will be attempted twice.

If unsuccessful, you must self-ship the product to our company address.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your pin code.
Return Process

Wrong or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.

Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

Once the product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated after applicable deductions.
Return Fee

A ₹100 reverse shipment fee per product will be deducted.

Applicable per item in case of multiple products.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.
Refund Timeline

The complete process (pickup → quality check → refund) may take 10 - 12 working days.

Additional time may be required for your bank/card provider to reflect the amount.

Prepaid Order Policy

For prepaid orders returned due to Non-Delivery (NDR) or failed delivery, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.
Innerwear, Socks, Caps, Stringers & Perfume Policy
Due to hygiene standards:

Innerwear, Socks, and Caps → Non-returnable
-
Stringers → Non-returnable but eligible for exchange

Perfumes → Non-returnable and non-exchangeable
