Return & Exchange Policy

Exclusions – ‘Final Sale’ Items

Items from the ‘Final Sale’ section are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Process

Timeframe

  • Exchanges are accepted within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory, showing the product condition and issue at the time of opening.

Exchange Fee

  • A fee of ₹40 per product is applicable towards handling, forward shipping, and taxes.

Process

  • After placing the exchange request, pickup will be attempted within 24 - 48 hours.

  • Once the product is picked up or is in transit to our warehouse, the exchange/replacement order will be dispatched.

Important

  • Ensure all tags, accessories (e.g., zippers), and original packaging are intact.

  • Missing items may delay or impact approval.

  • Products that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for further exchange or return.

Pickup Policy (Exchange & Return)

  • Pickup will be attempted twice.

  • If unsuccessful, you must self-ship the product to our company address.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your pin code.

Return Process

Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Wrong or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.

  • Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

Process

  • After placing the return request, pickup will be arranged within 24 - 48 hours.

  • Once the product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated after applicable deductions.

Return Fee

  • A ₹100 reverse shipment fee per product will be deducted.

  • Applicable per item in case of multiple products.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.

Freebies & Promotional Products Policy

  • Freebies, complimentary products, gift items, and promotional products provided with an order are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If the main product is returned and the order value falls below the minimum threshold required to qualify for the freebie, the freebie must also be returned in its original condition.

  • If the freebie is not returned, the applicable value of the freebie will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Freebies returned in used, damaged, or non-resalable condition may also be subject to deduction from the refund amount.

Refund Timeline

  • The complete process (pickup → quality check → refund) may take 10 - 12 working days.

  • Additional time may be required for your bank/card provider to reflect the amount.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@coitonic.com.

Prepaid Order Policy

  • For prepaid orders returned due to Non-Delivery (NDR) or failed delivery, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.

Innerwear, Socks, Caps, Stringers, Perfume, Tumbler, Shaker & Bags Policy

Due to hygiene standards and product-specific limitations:

  • Innerwear, Socks, and Caps → Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Stringers → Non-returnable but eligible for exchange.

  • Perfumes → Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Tumblers, Shakers, and Bags → Non-returnable.

Exchange Eligibility for Tumblers, Shakers & Bags

Tumblers, Shakers, and Bags are eligible for exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The wrong color has been received.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges for Tumblers, Shakers, and Bags will be provided only for the same product.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to support the claim.

  • Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
